As a face oil: Put oil on your fingertips and gently massage around the eye, forehead and cheeks. Use twice a day, in the morning and at night with your favorite cream.

As body oil: Smooth oil over body. 

As hair oil: Put oil on palm and work gently through hair. Can be used as a standalone hair oil or be paired with other oils. Helps reduce hair loss and nourishes the scalp to stimulate hair growth.

As hand moisturizer: Put 2-3 drops of oil on palm. Rub and massage into hands.
